Story Times

Join us each week for lots of fun with stories, music, and interactive play. No advance registration required.

  • Toddler Time (2-3 years old)
    Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

  • Preschool Story Time (4-7 years old)
    Wednesdays & Thursdays at 10 a.m.

  • Books & Babies (birth - 23 months)
    Fridays at 9:30 a.m. & 10:30 a.m.

  • Family Story Time (all ages)
    4th Saturday of each month at 11 a.m.

 

Gaming @ the Library

From August 2009 through Summer 2010, Linebaugh and Smyrna Libraries will offer a series of gaming programs geared for teens (ages 12-18), seniors (ages 55 and older) and families (all ages). These programs are being presented in partnership with the Rutherford County YMCA and the Smyrna Senior Center, with assistance from our Teen Advisory Board. Our next program will be: Super Smash Bros. Tournament - March 13, 2 p.m. (teens only). Join us for a tournament using the Wii game Super Smash Bros. Brawl, along with the Gamecube game Super Smash Bros. Melee. Follow Smyrna Gamers on Facebook for news and announcements about the gaming programs!

 

Wacky WednesdayWacky Wednesdays
Join us every Wednesday, 3:30-4:30 p.m. for books, songs, games, crafts, and special guests. A different activity will be held each week -- you never know what to expect on a Wacky Wednesday! All ages welcome.
